I do not recommend mixing Adderall and marijuana. Marijuana, even though most do not produce themselves problematic effects including rapid heart rate and blood pressure. Mix with amphetamines can be dangerous, because the two drugs could produce a synergistic effect leading to increase the potential of either drug to cause harmful effects. Perhaps you could try to vary your exercise routine, so you will not be so boring.
