According to Wikipedia, we in American schools? I was a little shocked, but in the Wikipedia article about him, she said, still in many schools. I thought it might be a Vandel in Wikipedia, but I checked the history and the reality is not changed in the article. It says in the article that goes on in private schools a lot, but never mentioned that he is completely banend in the public schools.

Yes, probably! It did when I was in the 8th Class war!
I think it's a great setting to adjust treatment to believe some of these young people! Go!
No, not prohibited. Many small rural schools do too. Some schools with the written consent of the parents if the child can beat a hand slap of the oars, and the authorization form remains in the file of the child. And some schools are still there with permission. But it is only in schools but a small town. And not only in private schools. I went to public school today. Even in high school
As frightening as it sounds, is yes, still used in schools. In the public schools can not be prohibited, but it is difficult and the odds are frowned upon, that if a teacher or administrator had to resort to corporal punishment, he or she be sued by the parents.
They should not. It should be illegal. A teacher can not claim to be a physical or emotional harm with intent, a student.
It may be legal - but I do not know what school is doing. I am a teacher in San Antonio, TX, and I've never heard of a case of corporal punishment. I understand that it is legal. Nobody does it well.
I do not think that it is legal in North Carolina. I remember when this is not only legal, encouraged (especially me).
