I do not know, but I was neutropenia, while I was on chemo and I was for 8 days in the hospital. Then I had to take shots Arancept and Neulasta.
My best wishes for yourself!

With neutropenia, the person is very vulnerable to both bacterial and fungal infections.

Deliberately treated for leukemia patients with neutropenia chemotherapy, in the hope that the new bone grows functioning properly. Until you do so, are very vulnerable.

Neutropenia is not present or low neutrophil leukocytes. Neutrophils fight bacteria.

You really need on the website below to read, especially the part about living with neutropenia. Personal hygiene and isolation of patients is more important ...... wear a mask if you must go in large groups

Chronic idiopathic neutropenia
Chronic idiopathic neutropenia is a general term for cases of severe chronic neutropenia do not fall easily into categories cyclic or congenital. These patients were considered normal neutrophils early in life and a model sold by the recurrent problems with infections described. In some of these immune mechanisms are suspected, but it is often difficult to reliably on those that separate a true idiopathic neutropenia with. The anomaly in the bone marrow in these patients is generally lower than observed in congenital neutropenia, but a lack of neutrophils in the pool at the semiotics of the rule.

Neutropenia is an abundance of white blood cells. Idiopathic: unknown cause.
White blood cells fight infection and inflammation in the body.
